Eligible purchases can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for another course of your choosing of equal or lower value, or refunded.
Refund Terms:
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of the refund/exchange request or deny refund/exchange requests in cases where we believe there is refund/exchange abuse, including but not limited to the following:
All or part of the course has been consumed or studied by a student before the refund was requested.
Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
Students who have their account blocked or course access restricted due to a violation of our Terms.
Delivery information:
For Online Course purchases:
Course materials can be accessed via your online learning portal as soon as purchase is complete.
For Distance Learning course purchases
Course materials will be posted out to you by Royal Mail.
